For additional persons, we charge €15 per night per person.

Right outside our apartments you will find a station of Freiburg’s frelo bike-sharing system. Renting and returning a bike is easy via the frelo app – ideal for exploring Freiburg and the surrounding area flexibly.

You are welcome to park your bike in our courtyard/car park. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage.

Please check out by 11:00. When leaving the apartment, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you. Please note that a flat fee of €100 will be charged in the event of a lost apartment key. Late check-out until 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement – please contact reception. If you are leaving earlier, a message the day before would be appreciated so that our housekeeping can be scheduled accordingly.

The apartment is handed over clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Please return dishes, cutlery and pots to the cupboards only once they are clean.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle, and keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least 7 nights, we offer a free intermediate cleaning on request. This includes floor cleaning, a towel change, waste disposal, restocking of toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a light clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning at your preferred interval is available at €25 per session. Please contact reception.

On departure, we ask guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with the dishes washed. Excessive soiling will be charged according to the effort involved, with a minimum of €25. As a security deposit, we store your credit card or passport details; this data is irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need an additional fan, please contact reception.

Is it too cold? Please contact our service team. We will be happy to provide a fan heater for your apartment.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If anything does not meet your expectations, please let us know straight away so that we can put it right during your stay.

Your satisfaction as a guest is our top priority.

We ask that you observe the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will have to be charged for.

We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve them before arrival or ask reception during your stay.

We automatically email you the invoice for your stay on the day of departure. If you need a different billing address – for example a company address – simply enter the address you require in our guest system. We already sent you the corresponding link by email the day before your arrival. Our lounge is available for relaxation around the clock. We ask that you be considerate of the other guests in the building. The quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 also apply in the lounge.

Would you like to explore the area without worrying about your luggage? From Monday to Friday from 11:00, and on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays from 13:00, we are happy to take your luggage before check-in. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need refills or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

On our own on-site parking spaces, you can park conveniently for €15 per night per space. Please contact reception if you would like to book a parking space. Payment can be made directly at reception.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the additional cleaning. Please register your pet with us before arrival.

Our reception is staffed daily from 13:00 to 21:00. If reception is not staffed at that moment, our team is out and about in the building assisting guests. Please contact us by phone or email in this case – we will get back to you promptly.

All apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. The escape routes in the stairwell are marked and must always be kept clear. In an emergency, please dial 112.

Saving energy together – every contribution counts!

• Turn the heating down by one degree
• Turn the air conditioning/fan up by one degree, or open the window for cooler air
• Set the fridge to medium cooling
• Only run the dishwasher when full, and use the eco programme
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment
• Reduce water consumption
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
• Ventilate in short bursts rather than leaving windows tilted

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. In the event of non-compliance, we charge a flat fee of €300 for the specialist cleaning required. Damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, will be charged at replacement value.

A snack machine offering drinks, food and snacks is available by our car park, at an additional charge.

Many apartments have a sofa bed for additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and are using the sofa bed, you will find the relevant bed linen and towels in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you need any assistance.

Some of our apartments have their own washing machine, which you can use free of charge including the detergent provided. Your apartment does not have a washing machine? Our laundry room in the basement with washing machine and tumble dryer is at your disposal – also free of charge, detergent included.

Please contact our staff if you have any questions.

Please dispose of your waste in the designated bins in the corridors (yellow: plastic, green: paper, brown: general waste). These are emptied daily. If no bins are available in the corridor, please contact us – we will collect your waste if needed. On departure, you may leave any rubbish in the apartment; we will dispose of it during the final clean.
